  • Wage an aggressive and tactical media relations campaign that combines a mixture of feature, items and by-lined story placements in key trade and consumer print media in order to generate increased brand and available services awareness in both consumer and key business audiences;
  • Educate key audiences on who Total Entertainment is, the various services offered and the difference between them and any actual or perceived competition;
  • Clearly define the full breadth of services offered by Total Entertainment;
  • Position company executives as expert resources for information on a wide variety of entertaining and event entertainment issues;

    • Integrate public relations efforts into all existing and future marketing plans.
Tactics

  • Create newsworthy story angles about the ability of Total Entertainment to make any party or event uniquely special by providing the best in live music and entertainment services;
  • Develop and write by-lined articles for key vertical trades that highlight the areas of interest to key audiences that are areas of unique expertise for Total Entertainment;
  • Develop a business story pitch utilizing the Paul McCartney wedding gig as an unplanned catalyst for growth in business and how Total Entertainment was well positioned to take advantage of this opportunity;
  • Create topical articles and case studies on various services and aspects of entertaining and entertainment planning that can be utilized for both media pitching and as sales collateral marketing material;
  • Develop key message points specific to critical audiences and conduct a brief media training to further develop message opportunity recognition and delivery techniques.
